Join the fun run on November 9 and help build a church and spread God’s word!

THE CAPITOL City Baptist Church in partnership with the Philippine Bible Society is inviting all runners to join “Run All-Mighty: Running For The Next Generation”, a fun run on November 9, 2013 (Saturday) at the Bonifacio Global City starting at 5:00 AM.  Proceeds of the event will go to the construction of a new church building along West Avenue in Quezon City as well as the drive to distribute more Bibles and educate more people about the word of God.

Distance categories are 10, five and three kilometers.  The organizers have tapped tested race organizer The Greentennial Run of Rovic G. Canono to manage the event.

Interested parties may proceed to the CCBC at 111 West Avenue, Quezon City, the PBS Bible Houses on United Nations Avenue and Santa Mesa and all Metro Manila branches of the Philippine Christian Bookstore (click for full list).  Registration fee is only PHP 700.00 for 10 kilometers and PHP 500.00 for five and three kilometers, inclusive of a singlet and race bib, with students paying only PHP 300.00 for the three kilometers but will receive only the bib.

Medals and gift packs await the podium finishers in all distances, with a separate set of winners for the Barefoot Category, a Greentennial trademark.  And just like in their other past races, expect a lot of fun side events.

Prizes have also been set aside for runners who will come in the Best Costume – a list of themed categories is being finalized which include among others, Biblical characters.  There will also be a search for the biggest delegation or running team and biggest family.

Printed at the back of the singlet are lines from John 17:21 – “I pray that they may all be one.  Father!  May they be in us, just as you are in me and I am in you.  May they be one, so that the world will believe that you sent me.”  This is the best time for all runners to unite for a truly worthy cause!

..had a great run this morning, glad that i was part of this fun run.. :-)..but i was a bit disappointed n regards with the ruling sa podium finishers..sabi nyo po kac separate winners ang barefoot category..at the finish line po they said na i was 3rd place, then during the award na,nabago sabi ng organizer i was 4th place na kac yong nagchampion ng barefoot, sya din ang nakakuha ng 3rd place…so very confusing po tlga…
