NCAA Season 93    MANILA – The 93rd National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) officially launched its NCAA On Tour with visiting San Sebastian College shaming Arellano University, 65-56, at the packed Arellano University Gym Thursday afternoon (July 13).  Team captain Michael Calisaan scored eight points in th 24-8 opening periods as the Stags led all the way from the opening buzzer.
