Take your pick, Black or White for 2017 NBA All-Star James Harden.

TO MARK his third selection as a starter in the annual NBA All-Star Game, adidas has introduced two new colorways for Houston Rockets guard James Harden’s signature Harden Volume 1 shoes – Dark Ops and 13 Below Zero.  This is also Harden’s fifth straight appearance in the midseason classic slated February 19 in New Orleans, Louisiana (February 20 in the Philippines).

Dark Ops draws inspiration from his tactical approach to the game and skill set to operate as the floor general for his team.  Meanwhile, 13 Below Zero is derived from his jersey number plus paying tribute to his ability to freeze defenders with his patented moves and cuts to the basket.

Harden was first named by the coaches as an All-Star reserve in 2013 followed by back-to-back selections by the fans to start in 2014 and 2015.  He came off the bench again last year in Toronto.

The return to the All-Star starting five comes at a time Harden is continuing his amazing season by registering career highs in major statistical categories.  After 45 games, he is averaging 28.9 points on top of personal bests of 8.3 rebounds and 11.6 assists as the Rockets tote a 33-12 win-loss card good for Third Place in the super competitive Western Conference.

Both shoes are now available at adidas shops, selected retail partners and online at  Suggested retail prices are PHP 7,995.00 for Dark Ops and PHP 8,995.00 for 13 Below Zero.
