NAASCU on Facebook     MAKATI CITY – The Centro Escolar University Street Squad extended its domination of the annual National Athletic Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities (NAASCU) Hip Hop Dance Showdown last Friday (February 5) at the Makati Coliseum. This marks the fourth year in a row that the trophy went to CEU.

The Street Squad gave out an inspired and intense performance thanks in part to the noisy pro-CEU gallery. They scored 87.7 percent based on the criteria of 60 percent for choreography, 30 percent for execution and 10 percent for stage presence.

Coming in at a surprise Second Place was Saint Clare College of Caloocan with 86.0 points. Showing vast improvement from their previous performances, Saint Clare wowed the crowd with daring stunts while clad in ninja-inspired costumes.
